TEHRAN, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has accused Israel of orchestrating a “false flag operation” following the drone attack that targeted two vessels at an Egyptian port, claiming the incident was intended to undermine regional peace and stability.
In a statement, Araghchi urged regional countries to remain alert against what he described as Israeli attempts to provoke further tensions across the Middle East.
Iran Warns of Regional Destabilization
The Iranian foreign minister said all countries should be cautious of what he characterized as Israeli conspiracies and false flag operations aimed at sabotaging peace and security in the region.
According to Araghchi, the current threat is common to all Muslim nations and requires greater unity among regional states.

Araghchi reaffirmed Iran’s support for Egypt, describing the country as an important regional partner and friend.
