A Lahore district court has issued a written order from the latest hearing of the case involving an allegedly fake viral video of Punjab Minister Azma Bukhari.
Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo issued the written order and indicted co-accused Shahabuddin in the case.
The court also directed the parties to appear on September 12 for cross-examination.
Azma Bukhari Records Statement
According to the written order, Uzma Bukhari recorded her statement before the court.
During the proceedings, she requested that accused Flak Javed should be present in the courtroom.
Flak Javed’s lawyer, Ali Ashfaq, objected to the accused not being produced before the court.
After recording her statement, Bukhari requested that her cross-examination should take place immediately.
She told the court that her responsibilities as a provincial minister made it difficult for her to attend repeated hearings.

Lawyers Seek Adjournment
The accused’s lawyers asked the court for an adjournment.
