CAIRO, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has warned the United States against what he described as any “adventurous action,” stressing that Iran is fully prepared to respond decisively to any act of aggression.

According to a statement shared by Araghchi on his official Telegram channel, the warning was delivered during separate telephone conversations with Türkiye’s Foreign Minister and Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff.

During the discussions, Araghchi emphasized that Iran remains prepared to defend its sovereignty and national interests against any external threat.

He said Tehran would respond firmly to any military or hostile action directed against the country.

“Iran is ready to respond decisively to any aggression,” the foreign minister stated, while cautioning against any move that could further destabilize the region.

The calls formed part of Iran’s ongoing diplomatic engagement with regional partners amid heightened tensions in the Middle East.

Although Iranian officials did not disclose further details of the discussions, the conversations reportedly focused on regional security developments and the importance of preventing further escalation.

The latest remarks come as tensions between Iran and the United States remain elevated following recent regional security incidents and continued military deployments.

Iranian officials have repeatedly maintained that while they do not seek confrontation, they will respond forcefully to any attack on the country or its interests.

Diplomatic efforts by regional and international actors continue amid concerns that any further escalation could have wider implications for Middle East stability.
