ISLAMABAD, — Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, during which the two leaders reviewed key regional and international developments, including the deteriorating situation in Occupied East Jerusalem.
According to Pakistan’s Foreign Office, both foreign ministers exchanged views on issues of mutual concern and reaffirmed the importance of continued diplomatic engagement on matters affecting regional peace and stability.
During the conversation, the two sides discussed the evolving situation in the Middle East, with particular attention to developments in Occupied East Jerusalem and other regional issues.
The leaders emphasized the need for continued dialogue and consultation on matters of common interest.
Senator Ishaq Dar extended an invitation to Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi to visit Pakistan at his earliest convenience.

The proposed visit is expected to further strengthen bilateral cooperation and provide an opportunity for both countries to discuss regional security, political coordination, and expanding Pakistan-Iran relations.
