ISLAMABAD, Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Ishaq Dar, held talks with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday, where both sides reviewed the full spectrum of bilateral relations and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the longstanding partnership between the two countries.
According to a statement issued by Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two leaders held a cordial and productive one-on-one meeting, during which they conducted a comprehensive review of Pakistan-Kuwait relations and explored ways to further enhance cooperation across areas of mutual interest.
The discussions reaffirmed the shared commitment of both governments to deepen their longstanding fraternal ties and expand collaboration in line with the strategic interests of the two countries.
The two foreign ministers also exchanged views on regional and international developments, with particular focus on the rapidly evolving situation in the Middle East and the importance of continued dialogue and diplomatic engagement to promote regional peace and stability.
The meeting reflected the close diplomatic coordination between Islamabad and Kuwait City and underscored both countries’ resolve to maintain regular high-level engagement on bilateral and regional issues.
