ABU DHABI: The United Arab Emirates’ state-owned oil company ADNOC said one of its vessels came under attack while passing through the Strait of Hormuz on Friday, August 14.
The incident took place as the vessel was transiting the strategic waterway, according to the UAE’s official WAM news agency.
ADNOC confirmed that the vessel was attacked on the evening of August 14. However, the company said the incident caused no injuries.
