Tehran – Iran’s top joint military command has warned that it will target the interests of the United States and its allies if Washington launches military strikes against Iranian nuclear facilities.
According to Iran’s state media, the warning was issued by the Khatem al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, the country’s highest military command responsible for coordinating Iran’s armed forces during military operations.
The statement came shortly after US President Donald Trump said the United States would likely strike the Pickaxe Mountain area, where reports suggest Iran may be attempting to restore nuclear-related activities.
Iranian military officials declared that any attack on the country’s nuclear infrastructure would trigger a decisive response against US interests and those of its regional allies. The statement underscored that Iran remains prepared to defend its sovereignty and strategic facilities against any military action.
