RAWALPINDI, Pakistan’s security forces have killed seven militants, including a suicide bomber, during a successful intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Nushki District of Balochistan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Friday.
According to the military’s media wing, the operation was conducted during the night of July 30-31 after intelligence reports indicated the presence of militants linked to Fitna al-Hindustan in the area.
The ISPR stated that security forces successfully identified the militants’ hideout before launching a targeted operation.
During the engagement, seven militants, described by the military as being sponsored by India, were killed.
Among those eliminated was a suicide bomber, according to the statement.

Security forces also destroyed a significant quantity of weapons, improvised explosive devices (IEDs), and other explosive materials found at the militant hideout.
The ISPR said the ammunition stockpile and explosive devices located at the site were safely neutralized on the spot to prevent any future terrorist use.
The military reiterated its commitment to continuing intelligence-based operations across the country to eliminate militant networks and maintain peace and stability.

The ISPR emphasized that Pakistan’s security forces remain determined to eradicate terrorism and disrupt militant infrastructure wherever credible intelligence indicates their presence.
