ISLAMABAD, The Swedish Embassy in Pakistan has relaunched its alumni network to strengthen the long-standing academic and cultural ties between Sweden and Pakistan.
The embassy hosted a special reception on Friday for Pakistani alumni who studied in Sweden through scholarship and exchange programmes.
Swedish Ambassador to Pakistan Alexandra Berg von Linde and members of the diplomatic community welcomed the alumni at the event.
Alumni to Support Sweden-Pakistan Cooperation
Speaking at the reception, Ambassador Berg von Linde highlighted the important role of alumni in strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
She pointed to education, innovation, climate and sustainable development as key areas for future collaboration.
