BEIJING: Slovak President Peter Pellegrini will undertake a three-day state visit to China from July 27 to 29 at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, China’s Foreign Ministry announced.
According to Chinese state broadcaster CGTN, the announcement was made by a spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, confirming that President Pellegrini’s visit will take place from July 27 through July 29.
The visit is expected to provide an opportunity for the leaders of China and Slovakia to discuss bilateral relations and explore ways to strengthen cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
China and Slovakia have maintained diplomatic ties for decades, with cooperation spanning trade, investment, infrastructure, education, and cultural exchanges. The upcoming visit is expected to further enhance political dialogue and deepen bilateral engagement between the two countries.
