ISLAMABAD: Bangladesh High Commissioner Muhammad Iqbal Hussain met Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Law and Justice Azam Nazeer Tarar to discuss bilateral relations and the digitalization of the justice system.

According to an official statement, both sides expressed satisfaction with the positive progress in Pakistan-Bangladesh relations.
They also agreed on the need to further strengthen bilateral ties and cooperation between the two countries.
Pakistan Offers Support for Legal Reforms
During the meeting, Pakistan offered Bangladesh support in legal reforms and the digitalization of the justice system.
Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar said Pakistan and Bangladesh have wide opportunities for cooperation in several fields.
He highlighted legal and judicial cooperation as an important area for closer engagement.
Bangladesh Thanks Pakistan for Judicial Training
Bangladesh High Commissioner Muhammad Iqbal Hussain thanked Pakistan for providing training to Bangladeshi judges.
He also praised the Ministry of Law and Justice for its arbitration and mediation programs.
The meeting reflected growing cooperation between Pakistan and Bangladesh in the legal and judicial sectors.
Both sides expressed a desire to further expand cooperation in these areas.
