Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian says Iran will not surrender to the United States as the conflict between the two countries continues.
“If Americans are warriors, let them face our valiant military forces,” Pezeshkian wrote on X.
He also questioned US attacks on civilian infrastructure and basic supplies.
“Why wage war on civilian infrastructure, food supplies, and livelihoods?” Pezeshkian asked.
He said civilians should not lose access to essential services because of the conflict.
“If they’re human, why deny people access to water, food, and medicine?” he wrote.
Pezeshkian Rejects Pressure on Iran
Pezeshkian said Iran’s people cannot be forced into submission through pressure or military action.
“Our people can’t be bullied into submission. Iran won’t surrender,” he said.
His remarks come as tensions between Iran and the United States remain high amid the ongoing conflict.
The Iranian president’s comments show that Tehran intends to maintain its position despite continued US military pressure.
