ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar chaired a high-level meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to review the country’s upcoming diplomatic engagements and assess preparations for key international activities.
The meeting was attended by Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch and senior officials of the Foreign Ministry, who discussed Pakistan’s diplomatic priorities and preparations for forthcoming regional and international engagements.
Participants reviewed ongoing preparations in detail, with particular emphasis on effectively promoting Pakistan’s national priorities through coordinated diplomatic efforts.
During the meeting, Ishaq Dar stressed the importance of strong inter-ministerial coordination and instructed the Foreign Ministry to maintain close communication with relevant institutions to ensure comprehensive planning for upcoming diplomatic initiatives.
The foreign minister emphasized that all diplomatic efforts should focus on the effective protection and promotion of Pakistan’s national interests on regional and international platforms.

He also directed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to remain fully prepared for forthcoming diplomatic activities and to ensure that Pakistan’s foreign policy objectives are advanced through proactive engagement and effective coordination.
