Saudi, Yemeni Envoys Discuss Regional Developments and Bilateral Cooperation in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Yemen’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Mohammed Mutahar Al-Ashabi, held a diplomatic meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Pakistan, Nawaf bin Saeed Ahmad Al-Malki, during which the two envoys exchanged views on bilateral relations, regional developments, and matters of mutual interest.

The meeting took place in a cordial and friendly atmosphere, reflecting the strong and longstanding ties between Yemen and Saudi Arabia. Both ambassadors reaffirmed the importance of continued diplomatic engagement and close coordination on issues affecting the region.

During the discussion, the two diplomats reviewed the current regional situation and emphasized the need for dialogue, cooperation, and joint efforts to promote peace, stability, and prosperity across the Middle East.

Ambassador Mohammed Mutahar Al-Ashabi appreciated the close relations between the two brotherly nations and stressed the importance of maintaining regular consultations to strengthen cooperation in areas of shared interest.

Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Ahmad Al-Malki also reiterated Saudi Arabia’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with Yemen and underscored the value of sustained diplomatic dialogue in addressing regional challenges and advancing common objectives.

The meeting concluded with both ambassadors expressing their commitment to maintaining close contacts and further strengthening bilateral cooperation through continued diplomatic engagement.
