LONDON, A delegation of members of the Senate of Pakistan visited the Pakistan High Commission in London, where they met with Pakistan’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Tipu Usman, during their official visit.
The delegation included Senator Samina Mumtaz Zehri, Senator Atta Ur Rehman, Senator Jam Saifullah Khan, and Senator Atta Ul Haq.
During the meeting, the senators received a briefing on the Pakistan High Commission’s diplomatic activities, services for the Pakistani community, and efforts to further strengthen Pakistan-United Kingdom relations.
The visit formed part of the delegation’s official trip to the United Kingdom, where the senators participated in the Seventeenth Workshop of Parliamentary Scholars and Parliamentarians, held at Wroxton College, Oxfordshire.
The workshop brought together parliamentarians and academic experts to discuss parliamentary practices, democratic governance, legislative processes, and international cooperation.

The visit to the Pakistan High Commission also provided an opportunity for discussions on parliamentary diplomacy and strengthening institutional engagement between Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
